Ectropion uveae: Clinical manifestations.

Patient of 5 years of age, remitted to our consultations due to ambliopy for anisometrophy. Asymmetry is appreciated in the ocular globes, with right eye bigger than left eye . Visual acuity RE: 6/10 and LE: 1/1. Anterior Pole Biomicroscophy: Ectropion uveae in the right eye and normal configuration in the left eye. Ocular tension: 34 mm Hg in the RE and 17 in the LE. Indirect Ophthalmoscopy: Asymmetric excavation with E/D of 4/V in the RE and 1/V in the left eye. Cycloplegic Refraction:RE +0.50, LE -3.00. Ectropion uveae with secondary glaucoma is diagnosed . It
