Working hours of the Meeting Registration Desk:

Opening Ceremony

The Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception will take place in the Great Hall of the Warsaw Royal Castle on Thursday, November 3rd , 2005 at 7.00 p.m. (see map (650kb)). The buses for the Opening Ceremony will leave the Radisson SAS Centrum Hotel at 6.30 p.m. and 6.45 p.m.

Presentations

Single multimedia presentation will be available. All presentation materials (prepared in PowerPoint) should be delivered to the presentation stand at least one hour before the beginning of the session. L Lectures (length of presentation individually agreed). T Talks (10 min). P Posters

Posters

Posters size should not exceed 120 cm (vertical) X 80 cm (horizontal). Posters nr 1-25 should be mounted for the whole day on Friday, November 4th from 8.00 a.m. till 5.00 p.m. Posters nr 26 -50 should be mounted for the whole day on Saturday, November 5th from 8.00 a.m. till 5.00 p.m. The numbers of the poster stands correspond to the numbers of the posters in the programme. The posters will be discussed at the stands during the poster sessions.

Currency

Official unit of currency in Poland is the zloty (PLN)., the major convertible foreign currencies may be changed into Polish zlotys at banks, hotels and at private currency-exchange offices - the kantors. The major traveler’s checks can be changed and all major credit cards are accepted. Rate of exchange is about: 1 EURO = 4 PLN, 1 USD = 3 PLN
