All prices include 25% VAT

Swedish tax legislation requires participants to pay their registration fee including Swedish VAT.
Please note that Sweden is not a member of the European Monetary Union.

* The registration fee for members is open for delegates who are 2012 members of EPOS and who has paid the membership fee to EPOS. Please indicate your membership number on the registration form.

Confirmation

Confirmations will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Registration for the dinners included in the registration fee, must be marked on the form, in order to obtain a ticket.

Change of Name


Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of SEK 500 will then be charged.

Hotel Reservation

The hotels offered to conference delegates are all situated in the city centre of Uppsala and within walking distance from the Uppsala University Hall. All hotel rooms offered have private bath with shower or tub, telephone, television and breakfast facilities.

Clarion Hotel Gillet

Gillet is a 4 star-hotel situated in the city centre of Uppsala. Most of the rooms are newly renovated and the hotels also has a popular restaurant and bar. The hotel offers a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

Hotel Uppsala

Hotel Uppsala, 3 star-hotel, is centrally located and offers a modern setting with all communications within convenient distance. It offers a good standard, free wireless internet and access to the Scottish pub “Pipes of Scotland”.

Payment

Payment should be made in advance by one of the following methods:

Please indicate your name and the payment reference number 012005 on all money transfers.

The Conference secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or invoice number is not mentioned, nor will the Conference secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.

As from 3 weeks before the Conference we only accept credit card for payments.

Registration and hotel reservation will be confirmed when Congrex has received payment.

Admission to the Conference is granted only if Congrex has received the registration fee. Delegates, who have made late payments, should bring a proof of payment to the Conference. Failure to produce this on request gives Congrex the right to charge the amount to your credit card.



Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 16 April, 2012, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less SEK 500 for cancellation fee. For cancellations made after this date we regret that no refunds can be made.

Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of any hotel reservation will be accepted until 16 April 2012, up to which date the hotel payment will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK 300. We regret that the hotel payment cannot be refunded after this date.
